Refund policy

At Shades Corner we Value your time and health so we encourage our customers to open the package while the courier is available if you found yourself not amused enough with our product you can return it immediately ..hustle free and only pay the shipping fees.

this eliminates the loss of time for you and ensures that every product doesn't move from customer to customer to ensure the best practice for your hygiene.

Also we don't accept refunds after the courier leaves your place for the same hygiene reasons and the delicacy of our products.

Items purchased during promotions, sales, or with discount codes are not eligible for cash refunds.

However, customers may request (within 24 hours from delivery ):

• Exchange for another item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid, or
• Store credit (voucher) valid for future purchases
